Nia is a sensory-based movement practice that draws from martial arts, dance arts and healing arts. Nia empowers people of all shapes, sizes, physical limitations by connecting the body, mind, emotions and spirit.
NIA is usually practiced barefoot. If not, wear soft-soled slippers ( your feet are part of the experience)

To enhance your quality of life. To improve your ability to do everyday activities.

In your participation you acknowledge all responsibilities and all liabilities.
You and you alone are responsible to adapt each movement within your ability and range of motion(your body's way).
